Marios George is pleased to announce that, following a successful hearing on an important preliminary issue in the High Court, that his fight to rescind his director disqualification, obtained on the fraudulent evidence of a now convicted Director of HBoS Lyndon Scourfield and his accomplice David Mills, both imprisoned for 11 and 14 years, is now imminent.
